Peter E. McArdle Esq.

I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Law Degree from Campbell University. I have lived in Charlotte for the past thirty years and have practiced with the firm since joining the Mecklenburg County Bar in 1995. I am a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Mecklenburg County Bar and the Mecklenburg County Family Law Section. The primary focus of my practice is family law. As such, I am experienced in cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence. In addition, I represent clients in matters related to the following issues: criminal/traffic cases, DWI cases, land condemnation cases, and general civil litigation. In my time away from the office and courtroom, I spend time with my wife and four children. I enjoy coaching AAU basketball and playing golf.
