Robert V. Hale Jr.

Robert V. Hale, Jr. is an associate real estate practitioner. His practice includes purchase closings, refinances and title issues concerning commercial and residential properties. Mr. Hale provides numerous real estate law services including: closings and refinances, contract formation/review, deed and financing document preparation. Mr. Hale graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in History. He pursued his law study at Loyola Law School in New Orleans where he graduated with honors and received a Law Excellence Award. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Durham County Bar Association. Mr. Hale is a Chapel Hill native with a thorough knowledge of the Triangle real estate market. In addition to real estate matters, he is also practices in the area of corporate formation and business counsel.
