Samuel S. Spagnola

Sam Spagnola was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and grew up in High Point, NC. He is a graduate of Guliford College in Greensboro, NC, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in political science. At Guilford, Sam was involved in the North Carolina Student Legislature, and also wrote a political column for the school newspaper. After completing undergraduate school, Sam attended the Southern Methodist University School of Law In Dallas, Texas. In law school, Sam was the president of the Federalist Society, a member of the ATLA Mock Trial Team, the International Law Moot Court Team, the Board of Advocates, the American Inns of Court, and was selected to be the Chief Counsel of the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic by his clinic professor. Before he graduated Sam already had two real criminal jury trails, and he won both of them. He also worked as an intern for the Attorney General of Texas in interstate child support enforcement.
