Victor C. Mitchener

Throughout a 40+ year career as a lawyer, Vic Mitchener has successfully tried many jury trials with a focus in personal injury and worker's compensation. Vic strives to distinguish Mitchener Law from other lawyers in Charlotte though a steadfast, firm-wide commitment to consistently doing the right thing for their clients. "We energetically pursue each and every case in the best interest of our clients and their families. Almost every case comes from a referral and we're incredibly proud of that", Vic says. While always on-call as a lawyer, Vic can also be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife, Becky, and their five children and six beautiful grandchildren.
