David W. Wischer

David Wischer is an associate attorney practicing in business law, commercial law, and civil litigation. David is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota. David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies and a minor in Spanish, summa cum laude, from the University of North Dakota in 2018. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2022 graduating cum laude. While in law school David was a legislative intern for the North Dakota Senate, serving on the Finance & Taxation Committee and the Transportation Committee during the 67th Regular Session. In addition to his practice at Conmy Feste, David serves as a Judge Advocate in the North Dakota Army National Guard. A Grand Forks native, David enjoys reading, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends. David is near fluent in Spanish and holds a commercial driver's license.
