Meggi Ihland Pelton

Meggi was raised on a farm near the small town of Kent, Minnesota. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Studies with a Sociology minor in 2014. Meggi obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota. During law school, Meggi was president of the Moot Court Board and was selected for Order of the Barristers. After graduation, she stayed in North Dakota and practiced in personal injury and contract law at local firms. She is licensed to practice in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana, and is admitted to the United States District Court and the Bankruptcy Courts for the Districts of North Dakota and Minnesota. She practices in the areas of personal injury, general civil litigation, and family law.
