Nick Evans

Nick is an associate in the Fargo office, practicing primarily in the area of general civil litigation. Nick graduated magna cum laude from North Dakota State University in 2017 with a degree in finance. During his time at North Dakota State, Nick was involved with student government and also served a one-year term as the Student Member of the North Dakota State Board of Higher Education. He went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2020. While in law school, Nick earned a Business Law Concentration and was involved with Moot Court, including being selected to represent the University of Minnesota as a member of the National Moot Court Competition Team his 3L year. Nick also gained valuable experience during law school as a judicial extern in Ramsey County (MN) District Court and law clerk at a Twin Cities law firm. A native of southwestern Minnesota, Nick enjoys hunting, hiking, and outdoor activities.
