Rachel M. Hanson

Rachel grew up in a small town in the heart of lakes country, Minnesota. After graduating high school, she attended North Dakota State University (Go Bison!), where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. From there she spent some time working in the Psychology Field before going on to Law School. Rachel graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2012. After clerking for the Honorable Judge Steven Cahill in the Minnesota Seventh Judicial District, Rachel went into private practice where she has primarily focused on family law cases for over a decade. When not in the office, you can find Rachel attending local community events with her son, Jackson, traveling, and spending weekends at the lake. Rachel focuses her practice on family law matters including divorce, adoption, custody, restraining orders, and child support. Rachel is a trained mediator in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
