Amy L. Metcalfe

Amy focuses her practice on representing injured workers. She represents her clients in issues relating to workers' compensation matters including initial claim allowance, treatment and compensation matters, death claims and safety violation claims.She routinely argues on behalf of her clients before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and Courts of Common Pleas. She strives to make the workers' compensation system less complicated for her clients and to maximize the compensation and benefits her client are entitled to receive. Amy is a native of Dayton, Ohio and enjoys being a parent volunteering for the YMCA swim team and high school swim team. She can be found cheering on her children at swim and cross country meets and basketball and softball games.
