Betsy L.B. Hartschuh

Betsy joined the firm nearly 11 years ago after serving as a judicial attorney in the Ninth District Court of Appeals for four years. Betsy focuses her practice in the areas of business litigation, business formation, business succession planning and estate planning. She enjoys working closely with her clients to advise them on business problems and prides herself in finding creative solutions to help her clients save time and expense. Betsy represents a variety of local businesses, business owners and physicians, helping them create specialized corporate documents, succession planning documents, business covenants, employment agreements and policy manuals. She works with individuals, family businesses and professionals to help draft and implement estate plan documents that will assist her clients in achieving their goals and protecting their assets. Betsy has extensive business litigation experience and success at both the trial court and appellate levels.
