Brandon Rehkopf

Brandon M. Rehkopf is an associate attorney at Mockensturm, Ltd with a primary focus on real estate, estate planning, and business law. Brandon has also represented clients in employment, foreclosure, and consumer fraud litigation and is admitted to practice law in both the State and Federal Courts within Ohio. Brandon has recently organized and prepared new Private Placement Memorandums on behalf of our clients in the secondary mortgage industry. His understanding of these and other complex business transactions continues to grow as he represents our clients in a variety of business enterprises. Brandon is a graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law. He graduated magna cum laude and in the top 5% of his class. During Law School he served as the Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review and also served as a teaching assistant in the area of property law. In addition to his law education, Brandon also has a degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Brandon believes strongly in a client focused approach to the practice of law. Whether setting up a business, drafting a trust, or litigating consumer issues, his primary focus is on achieving client goals. Brandon believes that communication and diligence are essential elements of client representation and the clients he works with will tell you that he lives up to these beliefs. In addition to traditional law practice, Brandon continues to research and write about new developments in the law and has published articles on the topics of Foreclosure Reform and the Ohio Legacy Trust Act.
