Charles L. Tate

A lifetime Cincinnati resident, Mr. Tate graduated from Mariemont High School in 1981, and worked in the private sector until 1992. Among the various jobs he held were Landscaper, Bartender, Pizza Delivery, and Licensed Optician. He went on to earn a B.A. in History from the University of Cincinnati in 1995, and his J.D. Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1999. He worked first for a local collections and litigation firm, and moved on to a nationally known civil litigation firm in 2003. He practiced there in the litigation department for three years. In 2007, Mr. Tate founded the law firm of Tate and Tate Attorneys, LLC. Mr. Tate has appeared in all regional courts, and many statewide municipal, probate, domestic, juvenile, and common pleas courts. He has filed several successful appeals in the appellate courts of the First, Second, Fourth, and Twelfth Districts of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State and Warren County Bar Associations, as well as the United States Federal Bar and Bankruptcy Bar of the Southwestern District of Ohio. Mr. Tate operates a suburban general law practice including cases involving civil litigation, employment, shareholder disputes, business, collections, debt relief, foreclosures, probate, domestic relations, juvenile, consumer law, bankruptcy and criminal defense.
