Chastity L. Christy

Chastity, a 2012 and 2013 Super Lawyers Rising Star, received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Social Sciences from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2000, and her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003. Chastity has been admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio since 2003 and in the Northern District of Ohio since 2004. She has dedicated her legal career to advocating on behalf of employees, and has successfully represented many employees in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters, in various forums, including federal court, state courts, arbitrations, mediations, the State Personnel Board of Review, and appellate courts. She has also obtained favorable appellate decisions in a variety of appellate matters. Chastity is a member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association (OELA), the Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), and the Ohio State Bar Association. Other services that Chastity performs: Employment Contracts, Severance Agreements, Separation Agreements Representing Employees in front of the State Personnel Board of Review On a personal level, Chastity actively participates in advocating against animal cruelty and abuse, and spends her time volunteering through animal rescue organizations that advocate on behalf of animal rights.
