George H. Carr

George H. Carr is Of Counsel to the firm, focusing his practice on professional liability and commercial litigation. In 1994, Mr. Carr graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Music, having served as President of Phi Mu Alpha, the national music fraternity, during his undergraduate studies. In 1998, Mr. Carr earned his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. As a law student, Mr. Carr served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John M. Manos of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and as Senior Articles Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review, which published his Note on digital anonymity. Mr. Carr is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Ohio, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Ohio, the District of Colorado, and the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Carr has appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, and Sixth Circuits. Mr. Carr is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, and the American and Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Associations. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, and serves as Co-Chair of a Subcommittee in its Section of Litigation's Business Litigation Committee.
