Gina M. McNea

Gina M. McNea has been practicing law throughout Northeast Ohio providing sound legal representation to hundreds of clients in a wide variety of areas. Gina practices in the areas of domestic relations, estate planning, trusts, probate law, criminal defense, traffic matters, DUIs, and business law. Her experience working as a police officer and social worker for children services prior to entering her legal education has provided her with specialized knowledge and expertise. Gina received her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law; Masters of Criminal Justice (M.C.J.) from Tiffin University; Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice. Ms. McNea is admitted to the practice law in the State of Ohio. In 2013, Gina was selected by Rotary International's Group Study Exchange Program where she had the opportunity to study in India to learn the Indian legal system and the practice of law, as well as the Indian culture. The experience was extraordinary both personally and professionally. Gina has owned her own real estate investment company, specializing in creative investor financing, and holding numerous investments properties in Ohio. Gina is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and serves on the Board for the Concord Glen Condominium Association. She formerly served on the Board for Firelands Montessori Academy. Gina has lived in the Sandusky and Huron areas throughout her life and is married with two daughters.
