Jennifer H. Sitterley

Currently one of 34 Certified Elder Law Attorneys by the National Elder Law Foundation in Ohio, one of 25 Certified Specialists in Elder Law by the Ohio State Bar Association, and the only one of each in Fairfield County, Jennifer takes her role as an advocate very seriously. She aims to provide responsive and highly specialized service to every client based on their individual goals and circumstances. She is so involved in this area of law that she has served on the planning committee and as a presenter for the Ohio State Bar Association’s annual Elder Law Institute, as a presenter for the national NAELA annual summit, she offers free seminars in the community, and she is consistently asked to teach continuing legal education courses in her field. While she has had opportunities to work in large cities, she has chosen to stay in her hometown and serve her community, doing what she loves.
