Joshua Daniel Farrell

Joshua D. Farrell joined Elk + Elk in 2025 as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2021, where he was actively involved in moot court and mock trial competitions, earning several awards, including Best Brief. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Cleveland State University. Before focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice, Joshua gained experience in various legal areas, equipping him with a multitalented skill set and a well-rounded understanding of the law. He now applies that broad experience to advocate for individuals and families impacted by serious injuries and medical negligence. Joshua is known for his thorough preparation, detailed casework, and commitment to each client he represents. He takes a personalized approach to every case, understanding how injuries and medical errors can affect a person’s life. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Kane County Bar Association, and the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ).
