Mark A. Fisher

The youngest of eleven children, born and reared in Huber Heights, Ohio, Mr. Fisher is a 1988 graduate of Wayne High School. Upon graduation, Mr. Fisher attended Wright State University, where he was placed on the deans list and graduated with honors with a degree in Accounting and Finance in 1993. Mr. Fisher enrolled in the University of Dayton School of law where he served in the law clinic representing indigent clients while also interning with the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office. Upon graduation, Mr. Fisher took and immediately passed both the Ohio and Federal bar exams and began his law practice representing individuals in their criminal civil, and domestic relations issues. In 2000, Mr. Fisher merged his practice with James Staton and the current firm was established. Outside of work, Mark is a family man, married with two children. He enjoys coaching baseball and soccer with his children.
