
About Matthew E. Johnson
Matt graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts, double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice, from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and obtained his Juris Doctorate magna cum laude in 1999 from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio where he became licensed to practice law. He then received his Master of Laws in Taxation from Capital University in 2004. Matt is a member of the Fairfield County and Ohio State Bar Associations. He serves as a current member and President of the Fairfield County Revolving Loan Committee, former president and director of the Fairfield County Red Cross, and former president of the Downtown Lancaster Special Improvements District. He has also served as director and secretary of the Fairfield County Foundation as well as being the affiliate board member of the Lancaster Board of Realtors, where he was the affiliate of the year in 2013. Matt resides in Lancaster with his wife, Kim. Matt is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lancaster, having served as the elder for personnel.
