Matthew Webster

Matt is a partner and founder of Hutchinson & Webster. He grew up in Columbus and Galloway right here in central Ohio where he graduated from Westland High School. A bachelors of science in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University propelled him to success in the aerospace and power generation industry. While a student at Case Western Matt worked as a mechanical engineer intern and coop with Ward Engineering in Columbus, Alcoa in Cleveland, and Parker Hannifin in Phoenix. Following his engineering degree Matt was a mechanical engineer and project manager at Parker Hannifin in South Carolina, manufacturing fuel nozzles for gas turbine engines. Matt was awarded a masters degree in business administration from Capital University. While working toward his M.B.A., he completed a year long project with the Economic and Community Development Institute providing local entrepreneurs with marketing and business advice about their start-up companies. He received his juris doctorate from Capital University Law School. While in law school he worked as a law clerk, at the Ohio House of Representatives for the Minority Legal Counsel and a state representative, and in the Legal Research Department at the Ohio Industrial Commission. He also worked in Capital’s law library throughout his three years of law school. Matt now lives in central Ohio with his wife and son, and is dedicated to serving H&W’s clients’ needs. Matt is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio. Additionally, he serves as of-counsel attorney to the firm of Wildman & Associates, LLC in London, Ohio.
