Michael K. Fultz

My practice includes estate planning, probate, business, and municipal work. The scope of my practice has ranged from drafting simple wills and contracts to the formation of an international foundation. I am typically engaged to draft wills and family trusts and to create LLCs, corporations, and nonprofit entities. I have experience in residential construction, remodeling, and residential rental property investing. I have litigated in civil court, criminal court, probate court, and assisted with litigation in state appellate court and the Supreme Court of Ohio. An analytical problem-solver by nature, I capitalize on my educational background in business, as well as, my "emergency" experiences as a firefighter and paramedic. I have extensive experience resolving emergencies and difficult situations, addressing the legal, financial, and public relations aspects involved. I'm good under pressure, and I know how to manage the small details without losing sight of the overall strategy. For recreation, I play volleyball, golf, ride my motorcycle, and play with my golden retriever, Buddy.
