Robert W. McIntyre

Mr. McIntyre counsels companies and individuals in an extensive range of legal matters, including corporate governance, domestic and foreign commercial, contract, litigation, administrative proceedings, intellectual property, and environmental law matters. Mr. McIntyre's wide range of experience and expertise in both corporate matters and litigation brings a comprehensive approach to successfully resolving client concerns and critical business situations. Mr. McIntyre's experience both in North American and worldwide representations have involved: Sales and acquisitions of businesses in North America, England, Italy, Poland, UAE, Greece and China; General Counsel for an international trade association; Establishment of US dealer networks and advising foreign heavy equipment and parts manufacturers; and Advising foreign businesses on corporate, trade, commercial and intellectual property matters in the U.S. Significant litigation before courts, administrative agencies and foreign tribunals on behalf of U.S. and foreign clients: Federal, Bankruptcy and state court litigation involving contracts, real estate, product liability, manufacturing, distribution and environmental matters; Practice before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Court of International Trade; and Representing U.S. and foreign companies in proceedings before tribunals in England, Australia, and Italy.
