Ryne Tipton Esq.

Ryne is an attorney in Meyer Wilson Werning’s class action practice. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, he previously practiced commercial litigation at Dentons, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts. While at Dentons, Ryne honed his skills in legal research and brief writing, notably drafting an amicus curiae brief in support of the petitioner in Villarreal v. Alaniz et al., a case taken up by the U.S. Supreme Court on certiorari in 2024. Following his longstanding interest in taking up the cause of the “little guy” against corporate interests, Ryne departed Dentons to join Meyer Wilson Werning in 2025. Ryne earned his B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science and Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his J.D. cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2023. In law school, he served as Executive Editor of Washington University Law Review (Vol. 100) and received multiple academic honors, including the Academic Excellence Award and the Honor Scholar Award. He is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association. Outside of work, Ryne enjoys exploring new destinations, reading literary and contemporary fiction, and honing his skills in creative writing.
