About Tiffany L. Carwile

Her practice primarily has focused on civil litigation and appellate advocacy. Prior to joining Arnold & Clifford, Tiffany was an Assistant Attorney General with the Constitutional Offices Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office. While in the Constitutional Offices Section, Tiffany represented Ohio's elected officials, including the Governor, the Attorney General, the Secretary of State, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Additionally, Tiffany represented the Ohio Elections Commission and the Ohio Department of Health. Tiffany litigated a number of significant cases on behalf of the State, including victories in matters involving the First Amendment, the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses, and standing and immunity claims.
