Todd Flagel

Todd is a founding member of the firm and represents privately held and publicly traded companies and individuals in a variety of legal matters, including commercial real estate transactions, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate counseling, business planning and formation, and litigation. Todd also serves as outside general counsel to private and family-owned businesses of all sizes, providing legal and strategic advice on various issues faced by closely held companies.
