Troy D. Wisehart

Troy D. Wisehart is an experienced criminal defense attorney. He has handled hundreds of high-level felony cases in Local State and Federal Courts. He has been lead counsel in several murder cases and numerous vehicular homicide, felonious assault, rape, drug trafficking and theft prosecutions. He has also represented more than 1,000 defendants throughout Northwest Ohio who have been charged with misdemeanor offenses such as DUI, assault, domestic violence and drug abuse. Mr. Wisehart also has an active practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury. Mr. Wisehart is a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association. Mr. Wisehart is a graduate of Michigan State University, BA, 1986, and the University of Toledo School of Law, JD, 1991.
