James Asbill

James is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, with a track record of successfully representing clients across a diverse array of practice areas. In his career, James has practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, probate (contested and uncontested), family and domestic disputes, insurance defense, personal injury, criminal defense, property disputes, and more. He began his career as an assistant district attorney, before moving into private practice. James enjoys leveraging his broad experience to develop individual solutions to the problems his clients are facing. Indeed, James sees the practice of law as a vehicle for helping clients find creative solutions to their problems. Born in Oklahoma but raised around the country, James earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa, where he earned membership in the coveted Order of Barristers for his skill as an oral advocate. He is also a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in political science. When he is not in the office or in the courtroom, James enjoys spending his free time with his wife and child. He enjoys camping and is a voracious reader.
