Mr. McConkey’s expertise centers on transactional law, with approximately 20% of his practice dedicated to litigation arising from those transactions. Mr. McConkey excels in business entity selection and formation, drafting precise owner agreements to prevent conflicts, and advising on maintenance, evolution, or dissolution of business structures. He possesses extensive experience in drafting and negotiating critical agreements such as subscription and licensing agreements, referral and reseller agreements, and more, ensuring clients’ interests are safeguarded and objectives are met. He further brings deep knowledge of non-disclosure agreements, data processing agreements, and master services agreements, helping clients mitigate risks and protect assets amid a dynamic digital landscape.
