Melissa R. Gardner

Melissa began her career in-house at a Fortune 500 oil and gas company. Since then, her practice has focused on oil, gas, and energy law. This has included the preparation of drilling and division order title opinions in Oklahoma, Texas, and North Dakota. This work has often resulted in the preparation of curative documents, probate matters, and assistance in litigations that Melissa’s oil, gas, and renewable energy clients might need. Melissa’s goal is to serve those around her, be it clients, coworkers, or her community. She’s active in her local church and often volunteers to speak at industry events to make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to current trends in oil and gas law.
