Sajani “Ann” Zachariah

Sajani “Ann” Zachariah has dedicated her career to representing families and children in family law matters. Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including prenuptial agreements, legal separation, divorce disputes and the related division of property and debts, alimony and child support payments, child custody, guardianship, and adoptions. Ann has experienced an unsuccessful marriage and is aware of the emotional and physical toll it can take on a person, which makes her very aware of what her clients are facing in divorce and other family law matters. She had dedicated her career to being a Fierce Advocate® for families as they navigate the minefield of divorce with knowledge, compassion and empathy. Ann also represents children directly as a Guardian Ad Litem, appointed by family law judges directly in high conflict cases. Since 2015, Ann has also assisted numerous individuals in obtaining family-based Green Cards for both individuals who are currently in the US or outside the US all the way through them becoming US Citizens. Ann has been used as a Legal expert on KFOR News regarding COVID implications on immigration. As an immigrant and naturalized citizen of the US, this area is near and dear to her heart. Ann’s has been included multiple times in the Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ list of “Oklahoma Rising Stars,” which recognizes the state’s top up-and-coming attorneys for family law and divorce attorneys in Oklahoma. Ann has been published multiple times and enjoys serving attorneys and the legal community in Continued Legal Education (CLE) and divorce and family law panels. Ann lives in Yukon and loves to travel, read and spend time with her family.
