Dan Peterson focuses his practice in all areas of commercial, business and real estate litigation. Dan has particular experience protecting creditor's rights and pursuing their remedies, both inside and outside Oregon Bankruptcy Court. He has been in private practice since 2006 and previously was a law clerk with the Trial Division of the Oregon Department of Justice.
