About Jason Michael Rosenbaum
Jason focuses his practice on real estate, business and commercial, and construction litigation. Jason represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business and contract disputes, construction defects, lien foreclosure, payment disputes, and real estate torts and boundary/easement disputes. Upon graduating Columbia Law School in 2015, Jason clerked for the Honorable Charles E. Ramos, the recently retired senior judge of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division in Manhattan. After litigating in New York for seven years, Jason took his talents to the West Coast in 2023, and became licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon. Jason graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University in 2012. When he is not zealously advocating for his clients at the office and the courthouse, Jason is an avid tabletop gamemaster, a coffee aficionado, and a proud uncle.
