Jeff S. Napoli

Jeff Napoli is a co-founding attorney of Gilroy Napoli Short, LLC, where he represents clients in employment law disputes and serious personal injury litigation throughout Oregon. Before entering private practice, he served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Washington County District Attorney’s Office, trying more than 50 jury trials. That extensive courtroom experience shapes his litigation strategy today—he prepares every case for trial, positioning his clients for maximum leverage in settlement negotiations or in front of a jury. Jeff’s employment law practice focuses on wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, racial harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. In addition, he handles high-value tort cases involving auto accidents, bicycle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Over the past year and a half, he has recovered more than $2.5 million for his clients, reflecting his commitment to securing full compensation for lost wages, medical expenses, and pain and suffering. Jeff is admitted to practice in all Oregon state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and several local bar associations. He earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating at the top of his class, and his undergraduate degree from Willamette University, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Speech Communication.
