Kenneth J. Abere Jr.

Ken’s litigation practice focuses on personal injury, premises liability, products liability, sexual assault, real estate, and business litigation. With more than 25 years of practice, Ken has represented his clients at 40 jury trials and over 200 arbitration hearings. Since July 2014, Ken has tried 12 jury trials to verdict. Prior to joining Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP, Ken worked as a personal insurance underwriter for Chubb Insurance and a commercial insurance underwriter for Safeco Insurance.
