Margaret H. Leek Leiberan

Margaret H. Leek Leiberan is a Harvard Law Graduate who has had an AV peer review rating (highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards) for over 20 years, and has done hundreds of appeals to the Oregon appeals courts. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Leiberan has handled appeals in virtually every area of the law except criminal law. Her past cases include business and real property disputes, personal injury cases, divorces with complex custody, visitation, support and property issues, medical and legal malpractice and many other areas of civil and administrative law.
