Ralph F Rayburn

Ralph Rayburn attended the University of Wisconsin Madison as an undergraduate graduating in 1976. He received his law degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln Law School in 1980 where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. He clerked for a Justice on the Nebraska Supreme Court for one year before accepting a position with a large litigation firm in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon, Washington, and Nebraska State Bar Associations as well as the Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas County Bar Associations. He has served on various Oregon State Bar Committees including the Civil Rights Section of the Oregon State Bar. Awards and Honors Honors AV rating, the highest rating possible, through the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system
