Anthony P. Trozzolillo

Anthony P. Trozzolillo is a Partner in Chartwell's Scranton office. Mr. Trozzolillo is a 1983 graduate of University of Scranton. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School Of Law in 1987. Mr.Trozzolillo, previously a partner at Cipriani & Werner, has litigated cases for the past 24 years throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. He recently obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an international retailer after a 7 week jury trial in federal court where the plaintiff sought damages in excess of $20 million dollars. He concentrates his litigation practice in medical malpractice, trucking litigation, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, employment law and employment discrimination. Mr. Trozzolillo has successfully and routinely tried to verdict a variety of complex cases throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio. Mr. Trozzolillo became Board certified in Civil Litigation in 2002 by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and was recertified in 2007.
