Arkadiy Grinshpun

Arkadiy Grinshpun graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998. Arkadiy's main areas of practice involve business and corporate counseling, business transactions, taxation and estate planning. Arkadiy advises entrepreneurs and small businesses on all aspects of their business-from the choice of business entity to tax favored treatment of various transactions, to succession management planning, and sale and disposition of their business interests; and more. In addition, Arkadiy counsels his individual clients on identifying their life and financial goals, and then advising them on techniques to maximize the accumulation of their wealth to meet the goals.
