About Barbara Anisko
Barbara Anisko is a principal of the firm and a member of its Commercial Litigation and Land Use & Zoning Departments. Ms. Anisko is an experienced commercial litigator. She represents individuals and businesses in contractual disputes and business tort litigation including claims involving tortious interference and business disparagement. She also has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and real estate litigation, including litigation arising from purchase/sale agreements, and litigation arising from state, county and municipal governments and agencies denying property owners and developers their land use and zoning applications and infringing upon constitutionally protected private property rights. She represents corporations, partnerships and individuals in litigation matters in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, and in New Jersey and other states. Ms. Anisko acts as counsel to various businesses and entities. She is a lecturer and gives seminars on various topics including property rights and land use and real estate law.
