Her practice primarily focuses on drafting & executing various estate documents, including Wills, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Trustee Appointment & Renunciation, Receipt, Release, Refunding & Indemnification Agreements, & Power of Attorney Revocation. When estate clients require litigation support, Ms. Charlesworth ensures a deep understanding of estate law & past precedent to optimize advocacy & representation.
