Chad F. McMillen

Attorney McMillen has litigated personal injury cases to verdict in Beaver and Allegheny County and has argued cases before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Attorney McMillen is admitted to practice before the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas, the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. Attorney McMillen is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to Trial Lawyers who have achieved a trial verdict, award or settlement in the amount of One Million Dollars or more. Attorney McMillen also has negotiated numerous Oil and Gas Leases resulting in six figure payments for his clients. After earning a Law Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Attorney McMillen earned a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
