Daniel J. Neyer

Dan Neyer grew up in Lackawanna and Columbia Counties before moving to Wayne County. He attended Liberty University School of Law and graduated as one of the top 5 students in his law school class. Dan focuses his practice on Estate Planning and Elder Law matters. He spends most of his time helping families create Estate Plans, including complex plans involving trusts for asset protection or special needs planning. Dan also focuses on asset protection planning, whether in a crisis when a person is already residing in a nursing home or in a pre-crisis situation where an individual or family is taking proactive steps to plan for possible future nursing-home needs.
