David A. McGowan

Attorney David A. McGowan is a partner at Caroselli, Beachler & Coleman, L.L.C. In 1984 he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Slippery Rock University, and then earned his J.D. from Capital University in 1987. Admitted to practice in Ohio in 1987, in 1998 he was also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio and Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. Currently, attorney McGowan's areas of practice include toxic torts, medical malpractice, personal injury, auto accidents, defective products and workers' compensation. He is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
