David Anderson

David Anderson began his legal career in the corporate department of one of Philadelphia's oldest and largest law firms, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Since then, he has owned his own law firm, and served as vice president and general counsel of several companies, including a venture backed technology startup, a private equity backed global manufacturing company, and Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC), a global supplier of semiconductor assembly solutions. Mr. Anderson has also been an investor in small businesses and has held various non-legal C suite roles. Mr. Anderson has advised businesses of all sizes, in the US, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. At Anderson Leavitt, Mr. Anderson devotes the majority of his time to helping clients grow their businesses through acquisitions. Mr. Anderson graduated with honors from Syracuse University College of Law in 1992.
