David V. Dzara

David V. Dzara is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Dzara concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, with a focus on contract and appellate matters. Mr. Dzara's recent commercial litigation engagements include: · representing a multinational corporation as both plaintiff and defendant in numerous matters involving contract, negligence, and related common law claims · representing a multinational petroleum corporation in connection with claims for breach of franchise agreements · representing a multinational manufacturing corporation in connection with conversion and contract claims · defending a state agency in a preliminary and permanent injunction matter. In addition, Mr. Dzara devotes considerable time to pro bono matters, including representation of clients through the Support Center for Child Advocates and the Philadelphia VIP/LawWorks Quiet Title Program. He also represents pro bono clients in guardianship matters. Mr. Dzara is the author of "Den Norske Stats Oljeselskap As v. Heeremac Vof: Interpreting the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act to Determine Whether 'A Claim' Means 'The Claim,'" 16 Temple International and Comparative Law Journal 411 (Fall 2002).
