Dean E. Reynosa

Dean E. Reynosa has been practicing law in Central Pennsylvania since 2000 after having completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Richard J. Walsh. Dean began his legal career working in both the York and Cumberland County criminal justice systems. During that time, Dean represented clients on a daily basis and he obtained many successful verdicts from both judges and juries. During his time in private practice, Dean’s cases have taken him to most state and federal courts in Central Pennsylvania. Dean devotes his time to civil litigation and land development matters with an emphasis on renewable energy. Dean has assisted solar energy developers across Pennsylvania on matters from initial planning, navigating municipal ordinances and zoning approvals. He has successfully represented developers before municipal bodies and courts throughout Pennsylvania including utility-scale solar developers for projects ranging in size from 3MW to over 20MW. Dean also has extensive experience in appellate advocacy having successfully represented clients and argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
