Donald B. Hoyt

With over forty years of experience in courts of all types, Donald Hoyt is a full-time litigator. He has tried over 100 jury cases to verdict. He has concentrated extensively in the area of personal injury law, representing both claimants and defendants. His areas of practice include worker’s compensation, civil rights, general business litigation and eminent domain cases. Mr. Hoyt has been active in City and County government, serving as Assistant County Solicitor and Assistant City Solicitor. He is also active in the local bar association committees dealing with civil litigation and health law.
