Elizabeth S. Cavallaro

Elizabeth S. Cavallaro is a Partner in Chartwell's Philadelphia office. Ms. Cavallaro is a 1996 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and a 2003 graduate of the Widener University School of Law where she graduated cum laude. She was a clerk for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Sandra Schultz Newman in 2003. Ms. Cavallaro was associated with the Philadelphia firm Post & Schell in 2007 where she made Principal in 2011. Ms. Cavallaro focuses her practice in the area of workers' compensation defense and has represented every type of employer entity including: municipal, police and firefighters, retail, farming, manufacturing, hospital/healthcare, pharmacy, trucking, construction, restaurant, catering and custodial services before all of the Workers' Compensation Judges in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. In addition to litigation services, Ms. Cavallaro counsels employers on a wide variety of risk management issues.
