Eric M. Prock

Eric M. Prock is a partner in the law firm of Fanelli, Evans & Patel, P.C. Eric graduated summa cum laude from Muhlenberg College in 2005 with a bachelor of arts degree in Philosophy/Political Thought. While at Muhlenberg, Mr. Prock was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society in Liberal Arts, the Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society in Political Science, and the Phi Sigma Tau National Honor Society in Philosophy. After graduating from Muhlenberg, Mr. Prock enrolled in the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. While in law school, Mr. Prock served as Editor-in-Chief of the Penn State Law Review, and was the driving force behind the formation of Penn Statim, the online companion to the Penn State Law Review. After law school graduation, Mr. Prock served a two-year clerkship with the Honorable John E. Jones, III in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. After completing his judicial clerkship in 2010, Mr. Prock returned home to Pottsville and joined the law firm of Fanelli, Evans & Patel as an associate. Mr. Prock concentrates his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense. Mr. Prock is active in the local community. He serves as Solicitor for the Schuylkill County Office of the Prothonotary, the Borough of Cressona, the Borough of Palo Alto, and the Blue Mountain School District. Mr. Prock serves as on the Board of Directors of the Schuylkill County Bar Association, and also serves as Secretary of Clinical Outcomes Group, Inc., a private, non-profit organization providing health and social services to residents of Schuylkill County and the surrounding areas. Mr. Prock also volunteers his time by serving as an instructor in the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, a program run through the Schuylkill County Chamber of Commerce that teaches middle school and high school students about business and entrepreneurship.
