Ilana B. Feldman

Ilana B. Feldman, Esquire is an Attorney at Graff & Associates, where she specializes in family law and residential real estate law. Ms. Feldman is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and she received her undergraduate degree from the George Washington University. Prior to joining Graff & Associates, Ms. Feldman worked at Home Connects Lending Services, an affiliate of GMAC Mortgage Corporation, as an Agency Operations Analyst where she created, reviewed, and analyzed legal documents necessary for the closure of real estate transactions and acted as a liaison to ensure compliance with all legal requirements in a timely manner. Ms. Feldman’s legal career began with the law firm of Sagot, Jennings, and Sigmond where she worked for eleven years assisting union members with many different types of legal issues including the restoration of driving privileges, residential real estate transactions, small claims, consumer, landlord/tenant matters and domestic relations matters such as divorce, child custody, support and adoption cases. After eleven years, Ms. Feldman opened her own practice where she represented clients in all types of real estate transactions from the preparation of their Contracts for Sale to attending their settlements both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Feldman is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
